Privacy Policy

Account details (email, sign-in method); the athlete profile you enter (name, sport, position, grad year, school, academics, measurables, links); recruiting information you enter (schools, coaches, communications, tasks, visits, camps, offers, scholarship and NIL details, notes); messages you generate; support requests and optional screenshots; and basic technical data needed to run the service.

To run the app for you: store your recruiting records, show your next steps, generate draft messages when you ask, provide support, and manage your plan.

Your recruiting information is used only to provide NextRep to your account. We do not sell it, and we never show one family's recruiting data to another family. NextRep never sends messages to coaches for you.

Public school details (such as names, locations and websites from the U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard) are shared reference data available to all users. Your private notes, statuses, offers and communications are never part of that shared data.

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access rules that limit each account to its own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

You, and anyone you explicitly share your account with. A small number of authorized team members may access data only when needed for support or to keep the service running. Service providers that host the app or process AI requests act on our behalf.

We use hosting and database providers, an AI provider to draft messages when you request them, and Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which sells NextRep Pro subscriptions and handles payments, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing. These providers act on our behalf and process data only as needed to run the service.

Open Profile → Recruiting Summary to print, save as PDF, or download CSV files of your schools and coaches at any time.

Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and recruiting data from the active service. Copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups until they age out of routine rotation.

NextRep is intended for high-school athletes, and accounts are created by the athlete or a parent or guardian. If you believe a child's account was created without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.
