Terms of Service

NextRep is an organization and planning tool that helps athletes and parents track schools, coaches, communication, tasks, offers, scholarship and NIL opportunities, and suggests next steps.

NextRep is not an NCAA or association compliance service, an eligibility calculator, a legal or financial advisor, a ranking service, or a coach marketplace. It does not determine eligibility, predict offers, or guarantee any recruiting outcome. Always confirm rules, eligibility and offer details directly with schools and the relevant athletic associations.

You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for messages you choose to send — NextRep never sends them for you.

Public school details come from official sources such as the U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard and NextRep's own review. They may be incomplete or out of date. Suggestions for corrections are welcome and are reviewed before any change.

NextRep offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.

If you cancel within 14 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund of that purchase. To request your refund, visit paddle.net or use the forms under Profile → Settings → Help & Support. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically request a refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle under its Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. See our full Refund Policy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Cancelling stops future charges; your Pro access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Do not misuse the service, access other accounts, or upload content you don't have the right to share.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

NextRep provides tracking tools, suggested actions and AI-generated message drafts for general informational and organizational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, eligibility or compliance advice. NextRep is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, any college, or any coach.

Recommendations and AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your situation. Review and edit every draft before using it. You are responsible for your communications and decisions. NextRep never sends messages automatically and does not guarantee coach responses, admission, roster positions, eligibility, scholarships, NIL opportunities or other recruiting outcomes.

Scholarship and NIL information records what you enter; it is not verification of an offer or an enforceable agreement. Funding rules differ by sport, school and association. Confirm all amounts, conditions, deadlines and eligibility requirements directly with the school, organization or appropriate qualified professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextRep is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that its information or recommendations will be accurate or meet your expectations.

Third-party websites, services and public data sources are outside our control. Links and references do not constitute endorsements. Keep copies of important recruiting records and independently confirm deadlines rather than relying solely on NextRep reminders.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextRep and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data or missed recruiting deadlines, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of NextRep and its operator for claims arising from or relating to the service is US $0.00. You use the service at your own risk, and neither NextRep nor its operator will be responsible for any damages, losses, or claims of any kind arising from or relating to the service.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so those provisions apply only to the extent allowed where you live. Nothing in these terms waives mandatory consumer rights or other protections under applicable law.
